The breakfast option would have been improved with the addition of a cafetiere for freshly brewed coffee.

No blinds or nets on the windows, lack of privacy from the pub across the road. The large coffee table took up too much space.

We loved the location of the house, with all amenities within walking distance. There were also children's toys available, which made our son very happy. the master bedroom had a super comfy bed, and the house was spotless on arrival. Having parking and being able to walk to the village centre were definite pluses.

The house was very well decorated and felt very homely, which added to our festive break. It was also conveniently located near the Sherwood Forest, making it easy for us to explore the area. the house was clean and tidy, and the owners were kind enough to allow us to check in early, which was a great bonus.

One minor inconvenience was that the shower was too powerful for the shower head holder, so it was a bit difficult to shower comfortably. it would have been nice to have complimentary toiletries provided, although the house was well stocked with other amenities.

I had a wonderful stay at Lavender House in Edwinstowe. The house was beautifully clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. It was perfect for my family, with toys for my child to play with and even a dishwasher for convenience. The location was great, with a lovely walk to Sherwood Forest. it was a delightful weekend getaway.

The house itself offers cozy and comfortable accommodations, with clean and fresh bed linen. The well-equipped kitchen and secure garden are added bonuses for a pleasant stay.

The shower, although hot and powerful, has a tendency to overflow slightly.

We loved the homely and cozy feel of the house, with its high-quality furnishings and exceptionally clean atmosphere. the owners thoughtfully provided treats for our dog and the milk and biscuits were a nice touch. the property had everything we needed, making it a perfect home-from-home experience. the location was convenient, with good amenities nearby and Sherwood Forest a short walk away. Having our own parking space and private garden was a bonus.
